Why Sydney

The city that set the global standard

Australia didn’t just adopt coffee culture, it reshaped it. The flat white, the neighbourhood café, the expectation that even an everyday coffee should be excellent, much of that started here, and Sydney sits at the centre of it. Few cities take their coffee more seriously, or do it better.

Training here means learning at the source of modern café culture. You’ll build skills in a city where baristas are respected professionals and quality is simply the standard, the kind of training that’s recognised in cafés worldwide.
