Why London
The city that redefined specialty coffee
London is where third-wave coffee found its European home. From the pioneering roasteries of Shoreditch and Bermondsey to the competition-winning baristas behind its independent cafés, the city built a coffee culture that the rest of the world now follows.
Training here means learning in one of the most demanding, diverse, and influential coffee scenes anywhere. The standard is high, the inspiration is everywhere, and the skills you build will carry weight in any café in the world.
The school
A professional bar, not a classroom
Our London school sits beside Tower Bridge, a five-minute walk from Bermondsey underground station and surrounded by the neighbourhoods that shaped the city’s coffee scene. You’ll train on professional-grade espresso machines and commercial grinders in a space built to feel like a real working bar.
