Why Paris
Where café culture meets the specialty wave
Paris invented café society. For centuries the city’s cafés have been where people gather, talk, and watch the world go by. But in the last decade a new generation of roasters and baristas has rewritten the rules, turning Paris into one of Europe’s most exciting specialty coffee cities.
Training here means learning where tradition and innovation meet. You’ll be surrounded by both the timeless Parisian café and the new wave of specialty bars redefining what French coffee can be, the perfect place to build skills that work anywhere.
The school
A professional bar, not a classroom
Our Paris school sits in Montreuil, a creative, characterful pocket on the city’s eastern edge, close to the metro and well connected to the centre. You’ll train on professional-grade espresso machines and commercial grinders in a space built to feel like a real working bar.
EBS Paris, 30 bis Rue Girard, 93100 Montreuil, France
What you’ll learn
The same course, in every city
