Why Mallorca
Coffee with the Mediterranean at your door
Mallorca is one of Spain’s most beautiful Balearic islands, where city life and coastline blend into one. Palma, its capital, pairs a historic old town with a growing roastery and café scene, the kind of place where you can go from a morning espresso to an afternoon on the beach in minutes.
Training here means learning somewhere genuinely different, a relaxed island setting with a real specialty culture and a strong seasonal hospitality industry, ideal if you want skills that travel and a backdrop that inspires.
The school
A professional bar, not a classroom
Our Mallorca school sits right by the beach, next to the Anima Beach club, with ocean views from the terrace and the centre of Palma a ten-minute walk away. You’ll train on professional-grade espresso machines and commercial grinders in a real working bar environment.
EBS Mallorca, Carrer Joan Maragall 9, 07006 Palma, Mallorca, Spain
What you’ll learn
The same course, in every city
Five days covering espresso extraction, milk technique, latte art, sensory training, seven brewing methods, and café business fundamentals. Aligned with SCA standards, taught entirely hands-on.
